BROADGATE HOUSE

Broadgate House

Bradford

Built in 1883, this former woollen mill sits in an elevated position in the centre of Bradford, with stunning views over the Aire Valley.

The five-storey building was semi-derelict when Asquith Properties purchased it in 2002, but its enviable position and imposing character gave it obvious potential. Behind the original Victorian façade we have created 84 superb luxury loft apartments. These offer all the convenience and excitement of city-centre living, combined with all the comforts of a sumptuous modern home.

Exposed original beams and a range of other preserved features rub shoulders with state-of-the-art fittings and the best in contemporary design.

It's a prime example of what Asquith Properties do best - preserving the elegant buildings of yesteryear by revitalising them for the 21st century.
